ROMAN’s PRO-999 Rx-35 is the ideal primer for torn drywall, joint compound, residual wallpaper paste, spackling, and builder’s flat paint. PRO-999 seals and primes porous surfaces to prevent bubbles and rewetting. It dries clear with a slight residual tack, enhancing adhesion of paint or new wallpaper. PRO-999 applies easily with a paint roller, paint brush, or spraying system. It is water-based and can be cleaned up easily with water.
