This is a medium carbon deep hardening steel that is known to produce blades with excellent toughness. Please note that this steel is hot rolled and has no finishing work done to it aside from cutting to length. This means that edges of the bars are rounded. The surface condition has some scale & may have some surface rust. Measurements are not exact, but a very close.
