It contains a 12-foot continuous ground braid cable with a built-in thermostat that automatically helps keep the water pipes from freezing down to -40 degrees Fahrenheit. The electric pipe heat cable has a weather-resistant PVC outer jacket for even more protection from the elements. It also features a 120 Vac, with 84 watts, and is used for residential metal and plastic water pipes. The Frost King heat cable has an integral thermostat that saves energy by powering the cable only when needed to stay more green and environmentally friendly. An indicator light assures the system has power for simple use. The black cable boasts 12 feet of coverage.
