Ecos Ice Melt

An environmentally friendly ice melting compound. Ice melt’s all natural, 50 % less corrosive, non-phosphate formulation is effective on melting ice down to 13 f. It provides fast results on sidewalks, driveways and paths. Ice melt also prevents ice formation when used before snowfall. Ingredients: magnesium chloride hexahydrate, calcium chloride 2-3 %, potassium chloride 0.5-1 %, sodium chloride 0.5-1 %. Directions: Sprinkle walkways and driveways evenly with 1/4 – 1/2 cup per square yard. Shovel off resulting slush. For best results, first remove loose snow and slush. Useful hints: apply at various intervals during longer snow and ice storms. Whenever possible, apply before snow or ice starts forming.
