One gallon derusts several hundred pounds of heavily rusted steel, this equates to around 1/2 to 3/4 pounds of dry rust removed per gallon. Rust Remover will not harm unrusted steel and is safe on other metals. Rust Remover has no fumes or bad odors and no VOCs. No sanding or scrubbing required. POR-15 Rust Remover works in as little as 20 minutes for light rust or overnight for heavy rusted metal.
