HIGH TEMPERATURE INSULATION – This coating increases the insulation value of ceramic fiber materials and can with stand temperature up to 2300F HARD SURFACE FINISH – Rigidizer makes the surface finish after application with increase resistance to mechanical abrasion and helps flexible ceramic fiber material from being too flaky EROSION RESISTANCE – Rigidizer increases surface erosion resistance for surfaces exposed to high velocity gases EASY TO APPLY – Because of it low viscosity its application on ceramic fiber materials becomes very simple. It can be applied with brushing, spraying or dipping. It takes around 24 hours for curing post application.
